Thanks to this business trip, you will be able to see with your own eyes the place and complex
that you just recently looked at in the photo on your computer

A standard study tour usually lasts 2-3 days. During this time, you will be able to view the properties that interest you, get acquainted with the flavor of local life, try Mediterranean cuisine, feel the warm breeze on your skin, and look at a couple of sights. We approach each client individually, and the viewing tour program is compiled for you personally.

To order a viewing tour, you need to leave a request. You will be assigned a personal manager who will answer all your questions and help organize your trip. The cost of the viewing tour is 840 euros. This price includes accommodation for up to 3 days, two transfers, visits to four attractions (Bellapais Abbey, the temple and defensive complex of St. Hillarion, the ancient Kyrenia Harbor and the Byzantine Fortress).

In case you want to stay with us for a longer period (up to +7 days), you can pay 50 euros for each additional day of stay. Staying for more than an additional 7 days will cost you 35 euros per day. However, please notify us in advance.

Even if you don’t purchase a home, you’re risk-free because you’ll get pick-up, delivery, lodging, and sightseeing.

If you make a deposit or sign a contract for the purchase of housing, then a surprise awaits you. We will give you a cashback of 500 euros!
