Our story of moving to the NC began from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra of the Russian Federation, the oil capital of Samotlor, Nizhnevartovsk. We ourselves come from the North Caucasus and always dreamed of living in a country where it was warm all year round.
My name is Fania. In August 2019, my husband Nikolai, nephew Evgeniy and I visited Northern Cyprus under the "Program for Assistance to the Resettlement of Compatriots to the North Cyprus". We live in Kazakhstan, in the Karaganda region.
