If you have enough funds to buy a property in Northern Cyprus, then everything is very simple: the purchase is made in full and at once, and you are 100% the owner of the property and take on all expenses associated with the purchase and maintenance of the property.
As a bonus, we can provide you with an off-bank loan for 5-10 years
or installments (usually 2 years), and in some cases some household appliances.

How does this work:

    You contact us
    During the conversation, we find out your capabilities and needs, give recommendations and plan your visit.

    If you want to fly in for a viewing, pay 500 euros to the accounting department and fly on a viewing tour.
  • 3
    You choose a specific property from those you have viewed and pay a deposit of £5,000.
  • 4
    You hire a lawyer (we will advise you on a good and inexpensive one).
  • 5
    You fly back.
    Alternatively, we will extend your visa, you stay in Cyprus and sign the contract yourself, and upon signing the principal amount is paid.

    You transfer the remaining amount to the lawyer.
  • 7
    The lawyer signs the contract on your behalf and transfers the money to the builder.

    The lawyer registers the contract with the land committee and tax office, and also submits an application to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to register the title.

    You can move into your apartment immediately after signing.

    We will refund you 500 euros spent on the viewing tour.
