Hello everyone!
I will share my experience of moving under the Assistance Program of our family.
About 8-9 months ago, a letter from Ilya about Northern Cyprus flew in with the mailing list. Since we were already set on moving to distant countries, the offer interested us. The hardest thing was to understand that we could do it and decide.
Ilya really helped a lot. The main thing was that he helped us figure out what WE OURSELVES want, whether this or that is necessary for US (there are other points on the globe).
As promised, everything was at the highest level during the familiarization trip, and most importantly, they helped with the move itself and settling in a new place. They literally babysat us. Now we are “Russifying” the “Golden Fleece” (the Russian spirit and all that..). It’s been two months already…
The kids’ eyes changed the shade from pale green to pleasantly tanned (I got distracted). The most difficult and incomprehensible thing in a country where you don’t know the local language is filling out bureaucratic paperwork. I can say for sure that without the help of the PSDPS we would have spent an order of magnitude more effort, time and money (and most importantly with a completely unclear result at the end! But here everything was clear, understandable, fast, easy, and even free 🙂
In general, it is always good when you have someone to rely on… For all this (and much, much more) a BIG THANK YOU!!! To Ilya – for organizing and conducting this public work, and most importantly not abandoning his migrants (and you can’t please everyone, we are so different…), Yulia – for her humanity, for her cheerful energy, for her desire to help (despite late arrivals and early departures!), Olga – for her experience, knowledge and ability to solve any issue on this island (the devil incarnate, we only did not order)…
THANK YOU!!!!
