We have lived on the island for 2 months already. During this time, we met people from different countries. Listening to their stories about buying real estate or moving to this wonderful country, we learned what difficulties they had to face and solve all the problems on their own. Finding competent lawyers, finding real estate that meets the requirements of the buyer, not the seller, concluding contracts with service companies, submitting and receiving documents to government agencies, etc. We have seen that when you come to another country, it is very difficult to do everything yourself. And it is great when there is a company that is responsible for its work!
