It’s unbelievable, but it’s a fact!

We had been traveling from the Far East for 36 hours. One more hour to Erjan (ECN), but… We didn’t have time… There was an hour for connecting flights. Not enough, not calculated… Yulia Pogosova waited for us in vain at the airport of SK. Finally we managed to contact her via skype. We spent the night in Istanbul. We lost the night and therefore the morning of the next day. Couldn’t sleep. We had 3.5 days left. Half a day on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are working days. Saturday was in doubt. And Sunday night we were flying home. Only Julia’s cheerful voice calmed us down, that everything was fine, that we would have time to see everything….

She met us as her close friends. A kind smile did not disappear from her face. She drove us around the island and told us, showed us, answered us. Julia is a special phenomenon in the Assistance program. She is always open, sincere, friendly. From the first minutes you realize that this person will be a friend forever.

Lunch in a cozy restaurant. Hotel u201cHadji Aliu201d in Lapta. The sea is azure. The pool and morning breakfasts. Her car is always on time at the front door. She is tireless and responsive.

Thursday morning. Yulia informs us that Ilya will be with us, although he is short on time. Yulia takes us to the Golden Fleece, although on the way she convinces us that only the Pine Paradise is suitable for us and that we are wasting our time.

But we walk the Golden Fleece and we like everything. Ilya’s here. Let’s get acquainted. Ilya really is Ilya Muromets. Big, good-natured, but stern in his voice. Confident. He also hurries us to see u201cPine Paradiseu201d. There is an opportunity to see the lawyer today.

Now Ilya is taking us to u201cSosnovkau201d, as the settlers affectionately call this neighborhood. All around are picturesque places, expanses, sights of the island. u201cSosnovkau201d is still being completed until the end of September. Workers are laying sidewalks, finishing something in the premises. But this does not prevent us from seeing the beauty of the microdistrict in the mountains and breathing in the grace of pine air.

We, as enchanted walked along the floors, on the terraces… We admired the views. Finally, we chose.

You won’t believe it! By two o’clock we were already at Lera’s lawyer and signed a power of attorney with her for the right to manage in our absence. All business matters were taken off our shoulders, which she would complete for us in a certain order and consistently. By 16 hours we were at the construction company and in one hour we made a deal, paid part of the cost and decided on the installment convenient for us.

Strict lawyer Valeria Baronetska, Ilya – Muromets and his patient wife Olenka, sincere Julia – it’s all thanks to them, their well-coordinated team. Everything worked out! Everything happened! We are residents of the RUSSIAN QUARTAL on the SC!!!

On Friday, exactly for an hour, we chose a facade, handles, countertop for the kitchen. We ordered upholstered furniture for the bedrooms and living room. This, too, thanks to Julia. During the rest of the time she showed us the local sights.

And at night she drove us to the airport and we said goodbye like old friends (I think everyone she met and saw us off).

P.S. We found common interests and hobbies, in a matter of what, a day. You might say, u201cHours counted.u201d We’ll still have plenty of time to socialize. By the way! We are moving in November. But, thanks to Ilya, we already know our neighbors.
